According to The Dictionary, ‘herb is a plant where leaves, flowers or seeds are used for flavor, scent or medicine.’ There’re thousands we have never see in the supermarkets but can buy as the plants in our garden centre and grow from the seed and use at home.

Use Rosemary For Digestion
It’s when the herbs are heated so much that their complete aroma is released – that is what makes it mouth watering. It aids release of saliva that prepares the stomach for food. It is enzymes in the saliva that trigger this digestive process, and helping your body to break down starches and fats. If this does not happen before the food reaches to your stomach, then it is not processed rightly and digestive problems like diarrhea, constipation, bloating, wind or irritable bowel might result.
Herbs to use: Rosemary, thyme, oregano and mint are best.
Use Onions For Its Anti-Cancer Properties
There are many herbs that have flavanoids; nutrients available in vegetables and fruits and can help to prevent cancer as well as reduce risk of strokes and heart attacks. According to the Professor of Nutrition, flavanoids help the vitamin C to work very efficiently as the antioxidant, and mopping up free radicals, which can cause cancer.
